KAR LOK PANG

Kar Lok Pang is a public communications generalist in the Singapore government’s Information Service. He has worked in media analytics and sensing for the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, and is currently curating online communications in the Prime Minister’s Office. As an ASEAN young professional, Kar Lok is passionate about contributing towards a rebalancing of how US-China relations come to bear on the region.
