THEA DOCENA

Ms. Thea Lynn Docena currently works as a Planning Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs. She also works as a Part-time Lecturer at the Lyceum University of the Philippines. She graduated with a master’s degree in Philippine Studies (Foreign Relations) from the University of the Philippines.
