SR. COL. MANH VAN LUONG

Sr.Col Luong was appointed to be Defense Attaches of Vietnam to the Philippines in December 2024. He has been working for years in the Institute for Defense International Relations. His background of research was international security issues, defense relations, and defense and security cooperation frameworks. He is interested in and has been engaged in many maritime forums.
