QI CHEN

Ms. Qi Chen is an Assistant Research Fellow at the Huayang Center for Maritime Cooperation and Ocean Governance. She holds a M.A. Degree from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies. Her research interests include Chinese foreign policy, U.S.-China relations, and South China Sea Studies.
