JULES EDAR BALLARAN

Julienne “Jules” Edar Ballaran is a climate change advocate, photographer, and a marketing & publicity creative. She completed her secondary education in Portland, Oregon, and later pursued Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with a specialization in International Affairs in New York City. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and International Relations at Ateneo de Manila University in 2026. Jules is a photographer and has gained professional experience in marketing and publicity. She is particularly interested in Climate Diplomacy and Public Diplomacy.
