DANA LEE

Dana Lee recently completed a bachelor’s degree in International Relations in Japan and is currently working as an intern at the Asia-Europe Foundation;

Over the past years, Dana has been leading numerous projects advocating for peace and women’s empowerment in Asia, including research on peace and security in Southeast Asia, women’s involvement in politics, global diplomacy, and state engagement in conflicts.

As the youngest research fellow at the Next Generation EU-ASEAN Think Tank, Dana worked from 2021 to 2023 in the security cluster, providing policy recommendations. Additionally, Dana has been selected to participate as a youth delegate at the UNGA Science Summit 79 and was invited as a youth speaker or delegate to numerous international conferences over the past years, focusing on peace, security, and diplomacy across Asia, Europe, and America.

In addition, Dana has received “Honorable Mention Delegate” awards from previous international conferences and was honored by the Cambodian Ministry of Education as the nation’s top outstanding student.
