FRANCIS M. ESTEBAN

Francis M. Esteban is a faculty member at the Department of International Studies and currently serves as the Associate Dean of the Institute of Arts and Sciences at the Far Eastern University. He finished his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Santo Tomas, and took his Master of Law in International Relations at Jilin University, Changchun, P.R. China. He is a member of the Philippine International Studies Organization, the Philippine Political Science Association, and the Philippine Association for Chinese Studies. His research interests and publications revolve around topics on Philippine Foreign Policy, Chinese Foreign Policy, US-Philippine relations, and Northeast Asia relations.
