JACQUELINE J. ESPENILLA

Assoc. Prof. Jacqueline Espenilla is a Senior Fellow at the University of the Philippines Institute for Maritime Affairs. She is also the Chaiperson of the Environmental Law Department of the Philippine Judicial Academy.
